ZCOCO is a community for corporations that provide open source software services. We believe that ZCOCO both gives the open source developers an opportunity to benefit from their talent and work, and also allows companies that use open source software in their products to easily access the best Open Source software talent in the world.

The open source way of working: Nomovok Ltd. has internally used ZCOCO approach for seven years, and in more than 400 projects. Through this experience our team has learned how to manage commercial projects in an open source way. As a result, working in distributed organisation, including experts in far-away countries, is business as usual for us.
In-depth understanding of open source community: after extensive experience of working with various open source projects, our team has gained a deep understanding of the open source community mindset. This enables us to create solutions that are acceptable for open source community, and will be maintained by it.
Knowing who is who in open source world: our team has an extensive network in open source community. This makes it easy for us to find the best developers for any given open source technology.
