The early phase requires the capability to come physically close to a customer,
the ability to see things differently and challenge, occasionally the ability to
utilise open source communities & experts, the ability to recruit the best
talents, anywhere in the world, and the capability to create concept demos
and prototypes in an utmost flexible and cost-efficient manner. That's NOMOVOK.
We challenge you to think in a new way. We engage ourselves, we find the best experts, we are next to you. Simply pour your ideas to us: we will challenge, we will elaborate.
While keeping the communication still easy, being next to you, we introduce some experts and development resources from our distributed organisation to put the ideas on the move. This is the perfect way to combine the ability to be close to you and to use developers to create something concrete in a flexible way.
Taking the demo one more step forward, and creating a prototype introduces an additional challenge to focus on creating things with lower costs.
Active development is the most work-intense phase, thus the costs are
the issue here. The ability to stay close to a customer and the capability
to allocate more resources becomes often very important as well.
NOMOVOK has been working with this approach from the very beginning.
Often the beginning of the active phase is loaded with heavy interaction with the customer; physical presence is often needed to make communication fluent. Project management and the leading developers may visit customer on a daily basis, or even locate themselves on site. The main idea is to find an ideal balance between “close to the customer” and “flexible to allocate” resources to maximise output.
While the development is in progress, if more development resources are needed, some resources can be taken from other locations, e.g. from ZCOCO lower cost locations. At the same time, the original developers will continue, closer to the customer.
The main idea is to find an ideal balance between “close to the customer” and “lower costs” resources, working seamlessly together, still communicating efficiently.
The later phases of the life cycle are often filled with a need to allocate
resources in a highly flexible way to keep the costs low, while retaining
the capability to react promptly on a request. NOMOVOK has created
two services to fulfil the main needs in this stage.
Active maintenance has been created for small-scale defect fixing or minor further development. Key factors are flexible resourcing, the ability to push costs down, and the ability to offer occasional physical presence nearby the customer. Active maintenance combines these three benefits, and delivers you a way to take care of your product while moving on to new challenges.
Low-cost maintenance gives you an excellent way to hold on to the flexible development capability with minimum costs. Managing lower cost resources takes place fully through ZCOCO.
